Serve Metrie customers through exterior door expertise, accurate order management, and qualified communication from the regional office. This role requires in-branch presence.As a Customer Account Representative II, you will manage inbound calls and emails, process orders, prepare quotes, and provide inventory updates. You will also conduct proactive customer outreach, support Outside Sales Representatives, and coordinate service, delivery, product integrity, and warranty concerns. Strong customer focus, business acumen,



and problem-solving guide daily interactions.Key Responsibilities:Respond to high-volume exterior door calls and emailsPrepare quotes and process accurate customer ordersCheck inventory and coordinate estimated delivery timingConduct weekly outbound calls to assigned customersTrack service and warranty issues through resolutionRequirements:Prior sales and customer service experience requiredExterior door or building materials experience strongly preferredProficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong English verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and maintain accuracyUse exterior door knowledge, customer service, SAP, and problem-solving skills to support Metrie accounts and Sales teams.
