If you are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, client-focused care, we would love to hear from you!What You Should KnowLocation: Toronto / Etobicoke ON (patient homes 1 on 1 homes)Schedule: Flexible schedule - Days / Nights / Weeks / WeekendsShift Length: 12 hour shifts (06:45–19:00 / 07:00–19:00 or 19:00–07:00)What You're Looking ForCurrent RPN license in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Minimum 3 year of experience, ideally in community, geriatrics, home care, or chronic careCPR/First Aid certificationMust have experience with suctioning, PEG tube feeding/care, and mechanical lifts (Hoyer lift)Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsCompassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyWhat You'll DoNursing Care & Clinical SupportProvide skilled nursing care within RPN scope of practice and strictly execute physician ordersPerform routine oral care, tongue hygiene, and oral/tracheal suctioning as needed (PRN)Administer prescribed daily medications (oral, PEG tube flushes/administration)Manage PEG tube care, including daily site assessment, dressing changes, and feeding pump setup/maintenanceSupport enteral nutrition routines, water flushes, and equipment changes (feed bags, syringes, suction canisters, filters)Monitor vital signs, manage laxative/bowel care routines, and assess changes in client conditionPerform Range-of-Motion (ROM)
