The Accounting Administrator manages financial transactions involving vendors, suppliers, and customers. The position requires invoice processing, payment recording, account reconciliation, and month-end support. It suits candidates with accounting principles knowledge and experience in AP, AR, or general accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, code, and match vendor invoices
• Prepare payments and reconcile supplier statements
• Generate customer invoices and record payments
