Lead CC&B; EDI testing and defect resolution for Tata Consultancy Services, using Oracle Customer Care and Billing expertise. Coordinate teams, vendors, and quality milestones across utility projects. This experienced CC&B; Test Lead oversees end-to-end testing for enterprise utility applications and related integrations. The focus includes EDI processes, defect triage, root-cause analysis, test reporting, and team coordination. Experience with Tosca or Selenium is preferred for automation. Key Responsibilities:
