As Lacoste’s VIE Regional Controller, you will steer the regional business model and support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasts. The position connects country teams with regional finance while monitoring performance and financial objectives. You will also contribute to dashboards, SAP implementation, and Hyperion process development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Steer NORCAM’s economic model and monitor its growth equation
- Coordinate strategic plan, budget, and forecast elaboration
- Challenge markets on P&L; and key performance indicators
- Report performance trends and financial reviews to COMEX
- Support NORCAM’s SAP implementation and Hyperion process development

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years’ controlling experience
- Business or engineering background
- Solid Excel, PowerPoint, and systems skills
- Fluent English and business understanding
- Organized, proactive, collaborative, and results oriented
