Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct intellectual property risk assessments aligned with business objectives
- Advise clients on protecting, using, and commercializing intellectual property
- Draft, prosecute, and manage international patent portfolios
- Prepare freedom-to-operate, validity,



and infringement analyses
- Collaborate with inventors, engineers, researchers, and leadership teams

Requirements:

- Law degree and license to practice in valuable standing
