Working under project team guidance, the Design Coordinator supports engineering and design activities across infrastructure projects. The position collaborates with project, engineering, construction, and consultant teams. Responsibilities include drawings, models, specifications, design reviews, RFIs, and project records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate design activities across civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
- Prepare, review, distribute, and track CAD/BIM drawings and models
- Maintain design documentation, logs, trackers, and project records
- Track deliverables, milestones, action items,



and design changes
- Support RFIs, design clarifications, reviews, and coordination meetings

Requirements:

- Recently completed or pursuing a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree
- At least one completed co-op, internship, or comparable work term
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, BIM models, and technical documents
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and basic Power BI proficiency
- CAD/BIM experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software
