Operate underground trucks and boom trucks at IAMGOLD’s Westwood Mine, hauling broken ore and waste safely through mining headings. Work a stated rotation.

Redpath seeks an Underground Truck Operator/Boom Truck Operator for the Eastwood Development project. The primary duty involves hauling and dumping broken ore and waste from development or production headings using a 30T truck. Candidates need underground mining experience, equipment operation skills, safety knowledge, and required mining credentials. The schedule is either seven days on and seven days off or five-four, four-five, with 11.5 or 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Haul and dump broken ore and waste
- Operate a 30T truck from underground headings
- Meet daily productive goals required for the job




- Complete preoperational equipment inspections
- Report unsafe acts or conditions

Requirements:

- Two or more years of underground equipment operation or mining experience
- FTM or equivalent Ontario underground hard rock mining common core
- Valid driver’s license and General Explosives Permit
- Knowledge of WHMIS legislation and MSDS sheets
- Eligibility to work in Canada
