Drive technology-based projects at MLSE Digital Labs using project planning, stakeholder coordination, and transparent communication. Toronto sports and entertainment powers the work.

Reporting to the Manager of Program Management & Delivery, you will support innovative projects across MLSE. Build detailed plans, coordinate operational and technical stakeholders, and turn business challenges into delivered solutions. PowerPoint presentations, project documentation, budgets, and metrics are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project planning, execution, and closing across departments
- Interpret business partner challenges and goals
- Resolve execution issues and escalate appropriately
- Track project metrics, budgets, and capital updates




- Manage external vendors and partner deliverables

Requirements:

- Two or more years in project management or related fields
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and milestones
- Experience identifying and mitigating large-scale project risks
- Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
