One Duck Hospitality seeks an HR Generalist for its growing restaurant group. This hands-on role covers hourly and salaried hiring, HRIS records, payroll administration, advantages, compliance, and workplace support. You will guide managers and employees across downtown establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment and high-volume hiring during peak periods
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, payroll enrollment, and first-day readiness
- Maintain confidential employee records, certifications, permits, and training
- Administer payroll, benefits, RRSP contributions, and employee inquiries
- Support employee relations, health and safety, leaves, and terminations

Requirements:

- One to five years in HR or people operations
- Experience with HRIS and employee data systems
- Google Suite experience
- Post-secondary Human Resources education preferred
- Hospitality experience is an asset
