Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day delivery of resident care
- Motivate and empower the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

- Support residents, families, and visitors during end-of-life care

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse Program
- Current College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta registration
- Current CPR, First Aid Certification, or equivalency
