As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with leaders across the business and support senior management decision-making. The work covers budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, variance reporting, and financial guidance. You will extract insights from large data sets, maintain complex Excel models, and improve reports and metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish business partnerships with leaders across the organization
- Prepare presentations for the Senior Management team
- Improve budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes




- Analyze monthly and quarterly budget and forecast performance
- Deliver accurate month-end variance and management reporting

Requirements:

- Three to five years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Expert knowledge of Excel and financial modeling experience
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Business partnership or corporate FP&A; experience
