Lead retail corporate accounting at Holman through GAAP decisions, close oversight, and fixed asset accounting supporting a multi-location dealership business.

As Manager-Retail Corporate Accounting, you will oversee assigned corporate entities and real estate accounting while leading four direct reports. The work includes technical reserves, financial commentary, capital accounting, and audit deliverables. You will use OneStream and Databricks while partnering with IT, Treasury, Legal, Real Estate, and Dealership Accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end close and pre-close reviews for corporate entities
- Make and document GAAP accounting decisions within established guidelines
- Manage fixed assets, capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and reconciliations




- Lead CIP reviews and property acquisition or sale accounting
- Direct performance management, training, and knowledge sharing for four reports

Requirements:

- Experience overseeing corporate entity accounting and month-end close
- Knowledge of GAAP decisions, technical reserves, and financial commentary
- Experience with real estate and fixed asset accounting
- Ability to lead audit and tax deliverables
- Ability to partner with cross-functional accounting and technology teams
