Operate heavy equipment at Canadian Natural’s Horizon Oil Sands Site in Fort McMurray, supporting safe, steady, and reliable mine operations. Work a 7 x 7, 12-hour shift schedule.

As a Heavy Equipment Operator on the Mine Operations team at Albian, you will report to the Shift Team Lead. Your experience will support operational goals across haul trucks, dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, shovels, and backhoes. This safety-sensitive position requires compliance with Canadian Natural procedures, Alberta legislation, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate haul trucks, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators, loaders, and shovels
- Maintain secure, steady, and reliable equipment operations
- Use FLHAs, Hazard IDs,



and WSOs within safety systems
- Follow Canadian Natural health and safety requirements
- Meet Alberta occupational health and environmental standards

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalency
- Heavy equipment operating experience in mining or oil sands
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Readiness for a safety-sensitive position
- Availability for 7 x 7, 12-hour shifts
