Senior Business Management Analyst – Business Operations ManagementLocation: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.Hours: 37.5 per week.Line of Business: Business Management, Strategy & Support.Pay Range: $69,700 – $98,400 CAD per year. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and business needs.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities and risks, and provide specialized business management advice to senior leadership and teams.Lead and coordinate the implementation of policies, processes, and solutions across multiple functions.Offer subject‑matter expertise in designing, testing, and supporting recent solutions.Develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at functional and enterprise levels.Create and deliver presentations and communications for management and broader audiences.Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines while reviewing internal processes for efficiency.Analyze variances and support due diligence for initiatives within the defined area of responsibility.Support the development and implementation of standards, policies,
