This Carpenter position requires five years or more of experience and English communication. Work includes construction, renovation, historical restoration, and residential settings. You will measure, shape, assemble, and install wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials while coordinating site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare layouts using measuring tools and building codes
- Build foundations, floors, walls, and roof systems
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Survey building locations and levels
- Instruct apprentices and coordinate site work

Requirements:

- Five years or more of carpentry experience
- Carpenter Trade Certification and Red Seal Certificate
- Personal protective equipment training
- Valid driver's licence, own vehicle, and transportation
- Tools and required safety equipment
