Apply financial analysis and credit expertise as RBC’s Agriculture Financing Specialist in Woodstock, supporting commercial banking clients across Southwestern Ontario.

This full time specialist serves as the credit expert within high-performing Commercial Banking Client Relationship Teams. You will advise Agriculture clients, support portfolio management, and partner with Relationship Managers, Commercial Financial Services. The work includes credit discovery, discussion papers, annual reviews, and bringing new borrowing clients to RBC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client discovery and financial analysis for credit requests
- Complete annual reviews and provide business analysis
- Present credit options with clear advantages and benefits
- Develop timely financial solutions meeting client needs




- Recommend applications while supporting risk processes and guidelines

Requirements:

- Understanding of financial, risk, and credit analysis
- Experience supporting or specializing in Agribusiness or Agriculture
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and time-sensitive deadlines
- Willingness to travel 25% across Southwestern Ontario Region
