Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Support Supervisor connects Operations, IT, Facilities, Engineering, and external providers. You will manage WMS configuration, bin structures, data integrity, equipment coordination, and process optimization. Your work supports safe product flow, throughput, customer service, and uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure equipment, facilities, systems, and processes remain operationally ready
- Manage WMS configuration, slotting strategies, bin structures, and data integrity
- Coordinate maintenance and resolve support issues with vendors
- Align warehouse systems,



physical layouts, and operational workflows
- Lead continuous improvement for efficiency, flow, and performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field
- At least three years in warehousing, distribution, logistics, or operational support
- Knowledge of inventory management, material flow, and process optimization
- WMS experience, preferably SAP EWM or SAP WM
- Microsoft Excel, reporting, data analysis, and critical thinking skills
