Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, this pharmacist receives, prepares, and delivers prescriptions accurately and timely. You will counsel patients, document interactions, and maintain inventory for patient needs. The position also supports medication reconciliation, drug problem resolution, follow ups, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients about current and additional medications
- Prescribe for minor ailments and chronic disease management
- Perform medication reconciliation and resolve drug related problems
- Provide medication extensions and over the counter counselling
- Educate customers through public health days and clinics

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Registration in good standing with ACP
- Additional Prescribing Authority
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system knowledge
