As Property Manager, you will oversee operational performance and profitability for this approximately 200,000-square-foot commercial and residential property. The work combines site operations, leasing implementation, tenant relationships, budgets, financial analysis, and reporting. You will also coordinate service contracts, projects, emergencies, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site visits and maintain regulatory compliance
- Manage operating costs, contracts, work orders, and capital projects
