Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Success, the Dean leads Success Coaches serving more than 80,000 students. The position oversees coaching for Non-Credit Continuing Education and Virtual Success Coaching while scaling practices across pathways. Success Coaches provide continuous case management from enrollment through completion and career placement. The scope will evolve toward School-aligned pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Success Coaches across Dallas College’s seven campuses
- Manage Associate Deans and professional development leadership
- Develop retention, persistence, and student success strategies




- Build internal and external career-connected partnerships
- Monitor coaching outcomes, communications, services, and expenditures

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a related field
- Three years of progressively responsible higher education administration
- Experience with case-managed advising or success coaching
- Knowledge of Guided Pathways, advising, and career services
- Experience leading change and monitoring employee performance
