Contract

PLATO is seeking a Business Analyst for its Data team on a contract running from November 11, 2026, to March 31, 2027. Reliability clearance or higher is required at the time of application.

Responsibilities

- Elicit, document, and validate data and reporting requirements with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into actionable specifications for the Data Engineering team.
- Contribute to backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Use Oracle SQL to inspect datasets and validate delivered solutions against requirements.
- Communicate scope, priorities, and delivery status across technical and non-technical teams.
- Document data quality issues and work with engineers on resolution approaches.

Requirements

- At least five years of experience in business requirements analysis, Oracle SQL, and product development.
- Beginner proficiency in Oracle SQL and product development, and intermediate proficiency in business requirements analysis.
- Reliability clearance or higher at the time of application.
