This full-time January post suits an experienced SENDCo with QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination, or an appropriate equivalent. You will strengthen SEND provision within an outstanding secondary school, supporting educational outcomes for students. The school values individuality, inclusion and high academic standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the school’s SEND provision
- Oversee EHCPs, annual reviews and provision mapping
- Coordinate targeted interventions and monitor their impact
- Deliver staff training and continuing professional development
- Ensure compliance with statutory SEND responsibilities

Requirements:

- UK QTS or overseas formal secondary teaching qualification
- NASENCO qualification or appropriate equivalent
- Experience coordinating SEND provision in secondary schools
- Strong knowledge of EHCPs and statutory processes
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
