Capwest Group seeks an Estimator supporting construction and manufacturing operations. You will price cast-in-place concrete, formwork, shoring, foundations, slabs, and structural elements. The work also includes drawing review, quantity takeoffs, supplier quotations, and organized bid packages. Regular travel to Chilliwack is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates for concrete construction and manufacturing projects
- Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and complete quantity takeoffs
- Build pricing for labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities




- Hand awarded work to construction or plant operations

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in construction management or related technical program
- Five or more years estimating concrete construction projects
- Solid knowledge of forming and precast concrete
- Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, and Excel
- Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and reliable transportation
