Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Digital Marketing to lead the PPC and SEO teams and own channel strategy and budget decisions as accounts scale.

You will oversee the PPC strategist and SEO strategist, define audit standards and reporting quality, and ensure client results and attribution integrity.

This is a management seat, not an IC role, with a rapid interview process: recruiter screen, founder interview, and final decision.
