Lumentis is seeking a Director, Legal to lead all commercial legal matters and manage contracts with OEMs and suppliers. This senior in-house role partners with the General Counsel to ensure governance and compliance across global entities, while guiding employment, regulatory, IP, and litigation matters as needed.

The position requires building processes, templates, and external counsel relationships; based in Novi, Michigan or South Simcoe County, Ontario, with cross-border responsibilities
