Reporting to the Director, Business Management & Optimization, this manager improves Fund Administration operations through practical transformation. You will assess challenges, develop business cases, and guide solutions from initial definition through adoption. The work spans Fund Accounting, AIS, Pricing, Tax Reporting, and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead transformation, AI, and automation initiatives through delivery
- Evaluate process redesign, analytics, automation, and AI opportunities
- Translate business needs into requirements, maps, and user stories
- Coordinate stakeholders, milestones, dependencies,



and decisions
- Measure time savings, capacity, errors, controls, and adoption

Requirements:

- Five or more years’ financial services operations experience
- Project management or change management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn current technologies easily
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
