As Brand & Community Engagement Manager, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring Pear Tree. The role combines community engagement, content, events, and brand storytelling. You will contribute within a growing school serving Kindergarten to Grade 7, with current programs and Pear Tree High School coming soon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for exploring families
- Create content that communicates Pear Tree’s story
- Organize events that support community engagement
- Build relationships with school families and the community
- Strengthen Pear Tree’s brand storytelling

Requirements:

- Experience in community engagement, content, events, or branding
- Interest in Pear Tree’s growing school environment
- Ability to build relationships with families
- Interest in systems that improve each term
- Willingness to complete role-specific PTOS training
