The Business Analyst works with business stakeholders, technology teams, SMEs, and vendors to translate needs into practical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements through discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops
- Create business requirements, process maps, workflows, and user stories
- Conduct gap, feasibility, and impact analyses
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and change management




- Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts across workstreams

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of financial services Business Analyst experience
- Transformation, modernization, migration, or conversion initiative experience
- Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology knowledge
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
