Lead Lean Six Sigma improvement at HPG in Milton, Ontario, coaching teams through structured problem solving and daily management systems.

As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will support Precinmac’s Airfoils Center of Excellence for precision aerospace and defense components. You will build front-line capability through facilitation, coaching, and employee-led solutions. The work targets flow, machining stability, inspection throughput, changeover, and first-pass quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Kaizen events, diagnostics, and value stream mapping
- Coach teams in structured problem solving and daily management
- Strengthen tiered management and visual performance systems
- Implement 5S, Standard Work, Flow Dynamics, Pull Manufacturing, and TPM




- Partner with teams to validate measurable, sustained improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or related discipline
- Five or more years leading continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience coaching hourly and salaried teams in Lean
- Robust facilitation, communication, and change management skills
- Six Sigma certification preferred; Black Belt preferred
