Staffing Consultant | Recruitment & Onsite Employee Relations

Mississauga, Ontario | Hybrid Position

Are you a people person who loves recruiting, building relationships and solving problems? ABL Employment is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated and hands-on Staffing Consultant to join our team

This position combines recruitment with onsite employee support at one of our largest logistics clients in Mississauga. We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting out from behind a desk, connecting with people and making a difference

What You’ll Be Doing

- Recruit, interview, screen and place candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientations and employee follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with employees through regular onsite visits and daily conversations.
- Coach employees on attendance, performance and workplace expectations.
- Problem-solve employee concerns and unexpected staffing challenges.
- Maintain robust communication and relationships with client management.
- Work closely with your fellow Staffing Consultant to support daily operations, scheduling and employee retention.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of staffing industry experience.
- A genuine people person who is approachable,



outgoing and loves building relationships.
- Strong recruitment, communication and problem-solve skills.
- Organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Legally authorized to work 40 hours per week in Canada for at least 1 year.
- Reliable personal transportation.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid position combining onsite work at our Mississauga client, our Milton office and remote work when appropriate.
