This CCQ position supports installed electronic security systems through installation, programming, testing, repairs, and customer training. You will service existing customers, respond to scheduled, emergency, and after-hours calls, and provide technical support. Assignments include projects ranging from small to large, with varying complexity, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, program, test, repair, and service security systems
- Diagnose equipment and software issues during customer calls
- Complete start-up, certification testing, and customer training
- Read blueprints, schematics,



manuals, and wiring diagrams
- Prepare detailed service reports and close-out documentation

Requirements:

- Membership in the CCQ
- Three to five years’ electronic security systems experience
- Three to five years’ security systems programming experience
- Valid driver’s license and frequent jobsite availability
- Solid communication, organizational, troubleshooting, and computer skills
