As an Analyst or Associate, you will support the Diversified Investment Banking group across non-resource industries and product groups. Work includes M&A;, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, valuation analysis, research, and due diligence. You will collaborate with deal teams on advisory and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop financial analyses, valuations, and detailed transaction models
- Prepare presentation materials and offering documents
- Research company and industry dynamics across diversified sectors




- Conduct due diligence for advisory and financing transactions
- Support transaction marketing and execution with deal teams

Requirements:

- University degree in a business-related discipline
- At least one year of investment banking or relevant finance experience
- Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills
- Strong analytical ability and written communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities independently with attention to detail
