VoltaGrid Manufacturing seeks a Health and Safety Manager for hands-on leadership at its Calgary manufacturing facility. You will partner with leaders, supervisors, and employees to maintain a protected, compliant, continuously improving workplace. The role leads health and safety expectations, procedures, training, audits, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Calgary facility’s Health and Safety program
- Maintain Alberta regulatory compliance and COR certification
- Implement Critical Risk Management and verify critical controls
- Support risk assessments, inspections, JSAs, and management changes




- Investigate incidents and manage root-cause corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
- Minimum five years of progressive health and safety experience
- Knowledge of Alberta occupational health and safety legislation
- Experience with audits, investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- CRSP designation preferred or obtainable
