This permanent, full-time position reports to the Business Development Director. You will develop broker relationships, present Intact’s global offer, and advise firms on marketing solutions. The role requires Property and Casualty insurance knowledge, strong communication, and business development expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business plans supporting territory growth objectives
- Build relationships with assigned brokerage firms
- Present and sell Intact’s global offer
- Advise brokers on marketing solutions
- Represent the region on committees

Requirements:

- Minimum five years building solid broker relationships
- Property and Casualty insurance knowledge
- Commercial Lines Underwriting experience strongly preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and good record
