As Small Business Manager, you will independently manage 200–400 business members under Regional Manager coaching. The full time temporary, in-office role combines portfolio and risk management with business development. Your work includes lending, deposits, cash management, financial analysis, compliance, and relationship expansion. You will support customers through account opening, credit applications, referrals, and business product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 200–400 business members
- Complete annual credit reviews and monitor banking activity
- Manage commercial loans, mortgages, security, and documentation




- Expand relationships through cross-sales and qualified referrals
- Prepare credit applications and conduct financial analysis

Requirements:

- Four to six years of job-related experience
- Financial services experience involving lending and commercial banking
- Experience with portfolio management and business development
- Knowledge of commercial credit, deposits, and cash management
- Basic financial statement and accounting principles knowledge
