Convergint seeks an experienced Security Service Technician to support installed systems and existing customers. The work includes service calls, maintenance, emergency response, small projects, and technical support. You will diagnose, repair, program, and commission systems while documenting service activity accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer, maintenance, emergency, and after-hours service calls
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex systems
- Complete repairs, replacements, commissioning, and service reports
- Provide technical support to end users and field labour




- Mentor technicians and guide equipment testing when applicable

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of previous field service experience
- Advanced electronic security systems and programming experience
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license and frequent jobsite availability
- Computer proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
