This full-time Construction Safety Officer role supports Zenterra Developments’ residential construction projects. You will maintain safe work environments through inspections, safety policies, training, investigations, documentation, and collaboration. The position requires construction safety regulation knowledge and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular construction site inspections
- Identify hazards and address safety concerns
- Develop, implement, and update safety procedures
- Deliver orientations, toolbox talks,



and safety training
- Investigate incidents and follow corrective actions

Requirements:

- Robust health, safety, and occupational health skills
- Accident investigation and root cause analysis experience
- Knowledge of WorkSafeBC requirements
- CSO, NCSO, or equivalent certification beneficial
- Residential or multifamily construction experience an asset
