This Accounting Manager oversees project accounting, WIP reporting, and monthly financial analysis. The position partners with operational teams to assess performance and provide financial insights. It also supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee accurate, timely month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage WIP reporting, project accounting, and financial analysis
- Analyze P&L;, balance sheet, and monthly variances
- Review accruals, reconciliations, and financial transactions
- Present trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management

Requirements:

- Full cycle accounting and financial reporting experience
- Manager or Controller-level accounting experience
- Project-based setting experience, including construction or engineering
- ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- CPA designation preferred, but not required
