Lead subcontracts management for Bechtel in Calgary, coordinating contract governance, commercial controls, and field operations. This is a full time office/project assignment.

As Manager of Subcontracts, you will lead project contracts personnel across major operations. You will develop subcontracting strategies, procedures, staffing plans, and the contracts section of the Project Execution Plan. The work requires extensive EPC industry and Canadian Pipeline experience, alongside field subcontracts management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead contract administration governance, compliance, approvals, and audit readiness
- Coordinate contracts plans with engineering, construction, operations, cost, and schedule controls
- Review commitment recommendations and supporting documentation




- Develop and monitor the project Subcontract Management Program
- Manage change processes, claims, disputes, closeout, and turnover

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree and fifteen-plus relevant experience
- Alternatively, nineteen-plus years of relevant work experience
- Extensive EPC industry and Canadian Pipeline experience
- Field Subcontracts Management experience
- Camp-based rotation position availability
