Use analytics and digital thinking in BMO’s Personal and Business Banking Development Program, supporting product strategy, data visualization, and risk management.

This two-year rotational program provides four six-month assignments across Canadian Personal and Business Banking. You will gain exposure to Product Management, Data and Analytics, Risk Management, Business Banking, Digital, and Customer Lifecycle Management. The program develops business acumen, analytical capability, leadership skills, and skilled networks while contributing to customer-focused banking work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support product strategies, launches, profitability, and customer experience improvements
- Help manage product risks, compliance, and reporting
- Design dashboards, analyses, and data visualizations




- Identify trends and provide actionable business insights
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Typically four to six years of relevant experience
- Technical proficiency gained through education or business experience
- Skills in data visualization, mining, storytelling, and insights design
- Analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
