Support healthcare operations and staff safety as a full time Coordinator with Interior Health at Cottonwoods Care Centre in Kelowna, B.C. This term-specific position runs until approximately April 12, 2027.

The Coordinator develops, implements, and evaluates provincial, regional, and site-wide initiatives. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, department managers, and leadership on workplace health and safety, quality improvement, risk management, and operational decision-making. The position analyzes utilization information, trends, and fiscal data while supporting Interior Health’s strategic direction.
