Process vendor invoices accurately at Syntronic as an Accounts Payable Clerk supporting manufacturing Finance operations. Use ERP systems, Excel, and careful three-way matching.

This Accounts Payable Clerk role requires two or more years of accounts payable or accounting experience in manufacturing. You will process purchase order and non-purchase-order invoices, payments, credits, and vendor records. The position works with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, Project Management, and Finance to resolve discrepancies. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Infor Visual is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process purchase order and non-purchase-order vendor invoices
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation




- Investigate discrepancies and request purchase order corrections
- Maintain vendor records, credits, balances, and supporting documentation
- Prepare payments, remittances, bank files, and cheques

Requirements:

- Two or more years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Manufacturing environment experience
- ERP experience with Business Central or Visual
- Understanding of three-way matching and payment processing
- Robust accuracy, organization, communication, and Excel skills
