Lead safe industrial plant operations at Miller Environmental Corporation while applying strong leadership, compliance, and problem-solving skills. This hands-on position is plant-based.

The Operations Supervisor leads daily activities across waste receiving, processing, material handling, transfers, and related operations. The position prioritizes safety and environmental compliance, followed by productivity, operational performance, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate resources, monitor KPIs, and develop Operations personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily waste receiving, processing, and material handling operations
- Ensure compliance with policies, licences, SOPs, and regulations
- Inspect the plant and address unsafe conditions
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, resources, and operational priorities




- Monitor throughput, productivity, equipment performance, and KPIs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in an industrial, technical, or related field
- Supervisory experience in industrial or chemical processing environments
- Solid understanding of workplace safety and environmental responsibilities
- Experience working with hazardous materials and industrial operations
- Ability to stand, walk, wear PPE, and lift 50 pounds
