As a Claims Adjuster I, Property, you assist customers through losses while investigating entry-level inside property claims. You will interpret policy wordings, assess damage, determine coverage, and support prompt, equitable settlements. Strong communication, organization, and adaptability are central to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open new claims and answer customer inquiries through phone queues
- Assign claims to appropriate property claims representatives
- Analyze information, policy wordings, coverage, and property damage




- Develop investigation action plans identifying necessary claim information
- Maintain clear, concise system notes for colleague transfers

Requirements:

- One year of customer service or administrative experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong computer, data entry, organizational, and time management skills
- Eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
