We have both machine engraving, hand stamping and welding at this location.About The RoleLocation:486 Front Street West - The WellAvailability: 4-5 days a week; start -immediately.Reporting to: Patti Davidson - multi store Toronto Manager.Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all day-to-day activities of the store at The Well and also some shifts at the Yonge store - 2501 Yonge.Provide floor leadership to staff/stylists 3+ peopleWork withmarketing techniques to increase customer awareness of the store and products to attract as many customers as possible, including supporting social media campaignsCreate and initiate in-store activations like hand stamping lessons, charm parties, engraving appointments and more.Assist in liaising staff & stores at The Well, local influencers, business associations, local schools and the communityTrain, motivate and provide leadership to store employeesProvide guidance and leadership for best practices,



shop and company policiesAssist in forecasting staffing needs and developing staffing strategy to provide optimal staffing for all seasons with a constant eye on store profitabilitySupportinventory rotationHelp assess best store hours to maximize sales and traffic. (Store must be open a minimum of 11 am to 7 pm and longer pre-holiday.)Always look for current methods and innovative ways to increase sales and improve the business & loss preventionHelp organize local promotions/ in-store eventsMaintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understand forthcoming customer initiatives and monitor local competitionAttend bi-monthly management meetings and collaborate on head office initiativesMaintain high store standards and foster a positive and welcoming environmentHelp maintain accurate inventory counts for merchandise and oversee regular countingEnsure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining the Suetables brandManage in-store technologyLearn to personalize jewelry (hand stamping in-store), use the engraving machine and weld bracelets.Jewelry experience is an asset.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2-3 years minimum store retail lead/floor supervisor experienceExperience scheduling staff and payroll.Experience with Shopify is an asset.Weekdays and at least one weekend day availability (Saturday or Sunday).
