We are looking for an experienced Parts Lead at our collision repair facility in Mississauga to oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring the productive operation of the parts department, including identification, ordering, and timely processing of parts and invoices.This role is responsible for identifying inefficiencies within the parts supply chain and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance value and streamline operations.What You’ll DoIdentify, order and manage parts, dry goods and sundries as required.Communicate expected lead times for parts delivery to relevant site personnel to ensure transparency and planning.Ensure timely racking of parts and receipting them on the system with transparent instructions on their location.Process invoices and credit notes efficiently and in a timely manner.Secure and label all parts that need to be returned.Analyze trends within the parts supply chain that contribute to failures or rework and implement corrective actions.Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance value.Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the parts Coordinator to ensure team effectiveness.Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain.What You’ll BringPost‑secondary education.2‑5 years of proven leadership experience in the automotive repair industry.Knowledge of systems used for racking and receipting parts.Excellent organizational,
