Shape MEDA’s 75-year story through strategic storytelling, relationship building, and entrepreneurial leadership across U.S. and Canada.

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Lead, MEDA @ 75 will guide a two-year initiative through May 2029. You will connect MEDA’s Mennonite and Anabaptist roots with its future as an ecosystem and systems builder. The work spans constituency engagement, partnerships, resource mobilization, and milestone leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Articulate MEDA’s distinctive 75-year story and future relevance
- Reconnect former leaders, supporters, families, and partners
- Engage entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and younger generations
- Build partnerships across business, investment, development, technology, and faith




- Shape the 2028 Convention’s ambition, audience, and story

Requirements:

- Record of building movements, campaigns, communities, networks, or institutions
- Ability to turn stories into engagement, relationships, resources, and action
- Experience across diverse constituencies and levels of influence
- Strategic storytelling and relationship-building capability
- Ability to advance ambitious ideas without unnecessary process
