Lead Prairie Mountain Health’s in-house addictions program in Ste. Rose du Lac through staff supervision, counselling expertise, and program coordination.

Reporting to the Manager, this Supervisor provides administrative and, when required, clinical supervision within Willard Monson House. The position supports client-centred treatment programs, staff development, service evaluation, and effective program operations. It also contributes to community-based programming and resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or participate in unit staff recruitment processes
- Oversee orientation and training for newly hired direct reports
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, direction, and decisions
- Conduct performance appraisals for direct reports




- Coordinate program services, evaluation, and current programming

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- At least five years’ supervised counselling experience
- At least two years’ directly related supervisory experience
- Knowledge of adult addictions recovery and treatment
- Manitoba Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
