You will oversee payroll for a team across Canada and the US, supporting accurate payments and timely compliance. The work includes Canadian and US filings, remittances, year-end documents, and confidential employee support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run every payroll cycle in Rippling
- Process hours, hires, departures, commissions, and bonuses
- Complete Canadian and US remittances and filings
- Reconcile payroll runs against bank and books
- Build payroll checklists, calendars, and controls

Requirements:

- End-to-end payroll ownership experience
- Robust knowledge of Canadian payroll requirements
- Hands-on US payroll and multi-state withholding experience
- Experience processing variable compensation
- Accuracy, spreadsheet strength, and confidentiality
